The Upper Room Singers have a few dates booked over the next few weeks. Last night (Monday 13th) they were in Crieff at Duchlage Court Sheltered Housing to sing for a number of the residents. The Upper Room Singers see themselves very much as a ministry, communicating the message of the Gospel through song and testimony. Perth Christian Fellowship members John and Helen Cameron shared their story of how they came to faith in Christ.
In addition to the choir singing a few classic songs like “In The Name of Jesus” and “Jesus Saves”, the Korean members formed their own mini choir to sing a couple of songs in Korean and English and Ruth Moodie sang a solo version of “He is Faithful”. The residents enjoyed the evening, and the choir were treated with tea, coffee and a selection of cakes afterwards. The choir will be in Kinross next Monday at Causeway Court Sheltered Housing.
